quick help with pay pal

ive used pay pal before. ive paid hundreds of dollars to graphics designers in cali and translators in miami...

i have had my bank account linked up with them...

now i am selling something. i sold the item for 160 and i can see it as my balance on home page but when i go to transfer from pay pal to my bank account it asks me to "link my bank account"?? wtf...i already have my bank acct linked...as a matter of fact i just bought something last week for 550 bucks and the transaction was a success...

i linked one time months ago but have only used to send money. this is the first time im actually receiving money and transferring to my bank so im wondering if thats the reason i need to re link....

fyi the same account (my checking account) is the account im sending and depositing the money into thats what im so caught off guard...

I think that may be the reason. I also use it to send money to others mostly but I recall something similar happened the first time someone tried sending me money which I needed to transfer to my bank account.

You probably linked your debit card to make purchases. You need to link the actual account & routing numbers to take payments.

Receiving money is not as easy as paying money.

There might be something that needs to be done. Do you see after you log in anything on the top right that needs to be confirmed?

Call paypal customer support and yell "Agent" into the phone multiple times until you get a live person on the other end.

*Not joking

it's easy. You've got the wrong routing and account number. I'll PM you the correct one.
