Vettel out front. Man, I wish someone could challenge him. I'm tired of seeing RB in front all the time.

This race is pretty much over unless you're fighting for 2-3. Ferrari is having a horrible race with Alonso losing his DRS and Massa with all kinds of stuff

Looks like we're back to the Schumacher Years again. Red Bull will be running the yard for some years to come. Congrats Vettel on your 4th, 5th, and 6th World Championship.

Interesting to see how different track characteristic, track temperature and a bit difference tire compound could make such a drastic difference.

Last week Alonso was untouchable in Shanghai with front limited tires and slight cooler track temp. In Bahrain, its totally different and we see Vettel won in similar fashion this weekend.

But I still reckon if Alonso's DRS was functioning properly, he would at least be on the podium. That makes VET, ALO, and RAI the usual suspects on the podium.

Mercedes is obvious that it is very good on low fuel, qualifying and one lap sprint pace.

You can tell in the beginning fuel fuel load and used tires, it is a dog. But near toward the last 10 laps, the car comes alive. This will put them in the back foot.

McLaren is the direct opposite, its lack of pace was hidden and camouflaged with the heavy fuel and new tires. In addition to other's disadvantage, makes them look more competitive than they actually were.

There was some very good passes in this race. Seb's race pace was just unbelievable. I really enjoyed the 2 Mclarens at each other.

Deja Vu for Podium for Bahrain is quite Exciting!

I don't think that's the case. Not when you factor Pirelli into the mix. Vettel just made this race his at the start by key overtakes and being aggressive.

This was the best race thus far, with the most wheel-to-wheel action throughout. Very happy for SV and the Lotus boys

The team asked Perez to be more aggressive too. They certainly got it lol

lets also note like VET said on the podium interview, this was a podium lockout for engine supplier RENAULT who is too often criticized.

With all you said that I agree with, at the end of the day I still think Vettel will be champion for the next 3 seasons. Raikonnen and Alonzo will get close but I think they'll cancel each other out.

You'd tire of her crap monotone voice soon enough. Why she's employed as an F1 commentator is beyond me.

I lost a lot of expectation for the next race because of this one. Luckily the Shanghai one was before the Bahrain. Otherwise the waiting is not that easy.

Yeah, I agree. We already know that the RB9s do well on the harder compounds, particularly the Hard tire. They seem to struggle on softer compounds so far this year. It is still too early to hand the championship over to Vettel.

Great racing today. Was impressed with Alonso picking up points with no DRS and with Hamilton finishing 5th as the Mercs seemed to have no race pace most of the day.
