you could.....but its a buyer's market atm , and you "may" struggle to sell in this climate as not many buyers with £30K+ to spend on a s/h car ( drug dealers excluded)

Don't forget the E90/92 is end of life and the reason I leased this time around, when my lease is up, mine will be worth the same as a used condom.

I wish ....... I have a Subaru impreza P1 in the tuners for a forged 2.35 conversion atm (will be running 500+ bhp), i also have a Porsche 944S as my weekend toy and along with my 650cc kawasaki trailie.
I think if i bought the R8/997 turbo without selling any of the above my wife will leave me for sure !!

Now the trouble is which one to sell

Same here creepy. These will when new easily depreciate over £20k in 3 years with over 20k miles on the clock. Who is yours leased from?

BMW Mate. Back in January a member on another forum was able to return his leased M3 6 months early without penaulty as they were bombing so fast.

Mines also through BMW. I wanted a 2011 second hand model but the dealers were being so tight with the 335i I wanted to part ex, or wouldn't budge on the sticker price. Next time I'll probably buy a 1 - 2 year old car as I am paranoid with stone chips on the M3 incase I get raped when I hand it back.

Depreciation per month was great then the monthly payments of the person leasing.

Never sell back to a dealer. I bet Audi would have offered me £30K for my R8. Sell privately everytime! As long as you price it sensibly it will sell quickly. My R8 sold within 3 days of being listed!
