Just picked these up from Alpine (HID ANGEL EYE CONTENT)

As you all know, I purchased my Alpine Angel eye kit from Alpine in mid June, and loved the kit so much I had to write a review for it!

This was an amazing mod, and has not given one issue till this very moment.

I wanted to spice things up a bit, and contacted Alpine to see if they have any special colors in stock, or if its possible to do some changes & they actually had a solution for me.

They gave me a list of colors that are available - few to list; Violet, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow... Etc.

Once I picked out the color all I really had to do was get the bulb, and install it in exchange for my 8000k bright white bulbs and this was my results!

I obviously picked violet - thinking it's the craziest color out there.

I am very happy with these lights to be honest, and its super cool that I can just change them whenever I want.

This really emphasizes the rings as well.

I don't get it. Why purple bulbs? It's a BMW, not a mobile circus.

I like the quality of the units but the colour is wrong for me. I am only really a fan of white 6000k and sometimes decent 8000k units. I prefer white colour with little blue. Some cars can pull of more blue than others. But anything with a lot of blue/purple are tacky. Just my .02.

It's just a $30 shipped upgrade I did, It was an expirament and I think it's pretty cool. Obviously its an extra color to the car... but its just for fun.

White does look better if you're talking looks, but this is just fun and games.

I will take more shots when I get my camera.

What do you mean? The Alpine kit has a special built wire harness that makes it error free. Its a little round harness, no idea whats inside, it seems to be an unbreakable substance covering it.
