Brilliant White 60-130 VBOX Runs.....WOW!!!
I was finally able to get in some VBOX 60-130 runs today. The weather and schedule have been preventing me from running previously, but here are the results.
Setup
I ran several runs and several at 9.0 and just under, but after some practice I was able to improve the times considerably. It definitely makes a difference to practice as there is so much power on hand. Also, the ESS DCT Stage 2 software does increase the shift speed and it is considerably noticeable during these runs! Best 60-130 times
I am excited to get some more runs in and with more practice who knows!

Good to see you guys are getting into this stuff! It is a lot of fun and a great way to measure your car against others.

wowowee!!! That's quick
so it drills 997TT? I had a turd pull up next to me on Saturday ad blast off after the lights turned green. Would have loved an ESS kit, would have wiped his stupid smile off his face! Mind you I used to do the same to M3 drivers in my GT2 and cayenne Turbo 600HP |

I had to practice and try several different speeds that worked based on wheel spin. Sometimes 3rd gear worked and other times 4th gear worked.

Wow now I'm really interested in getting some good Vbox times in myself.
I'm sure even with more power and better fuel than you there is no way I could out shift the DCT even on my best day. I'm still getting used to not bouncing off the rev limiter since I've lost my feel for how quickly it gets there now. I'll try my best to pull off the best time I could...when the weather isn't in the low 20's anymore and the ice is gone. I'll be happy if I touch your time. I'm more interested in pulling all the power out at the track this season first tho |

I think the stage 3 makes more than that. A local buddy that has the stage 2.5 kit with some mods made 602whp on 93 octane and methanol injection...
