HELP : Vorsteiner GTS Bumper - cracked CF Lip

Parked a little too close to the curb tonight , and kind of cracked the carbon fiber lip (around 4 inches crack), the clear coat peeled off therefore exposing the CF underneath, my concern is, is there anyway to fill the clear coat? Or am I screwed and have to get a replacement cf lip? I feel stupid right now because I'm usually careful with my car, anyways, thanks for your help/input guys

Perhaps you can send it out to a good body shop to touch it up.

I would take it to a body shop. Have them repair and then refinish the lip in a gloss black.

+1

Since you can't repair carbon I would paint it gloss black.

Just paint it in flat black and be done with it instead of spending money on a replacement.

I believe a bodyshop could just reclear it. You didn't mention the carbon being damaged at all.

you do not need to replace that front lip. Take it to a shop that knows glass repair and they will be able to repair it
