Styling 260 two types - what difference
Hi,
Do anybody knows, what is the difference between two types of OEM wheels styling 260? Both are original in 100%. One has more flatten arms like here: And the other type has the arms thiner and more rounded like here: I have the second type and one has damaged - now it's hard to find one spare. The type is connected with production year or sth? greets Last edited by szymonr; 02-19-2013 at 10:59 AM.. |

The first one is a Style 219 wheel so these are two different wheels available for the M3. Style 219 is made by BBS. I don't know where the 260 is from.

the only difference is the style of the wheel. they are 100% the same specs. 260M wheels (the 2nd pic) are mostly on cars in Europe. In the US, we usually have the 219M wheels, though recently some new cars now come with 260M wheels.
If you're looking for a spare, look for 260M not 219M for a match. Of course, if you don't care, either would work on your car/tires. |
