Can't decide on a lightweight 19" wheel
I am having trouble finding a wheel I like. I want a 19 at 20 pounds and under with a lip. F110's are out as they don't make them and the Sport Technic Mono 10p superlite was discontinued.
360 Forged told me they have a race prep package which lowers the weight of their wheels but the range they gave me was 19-23. If I knew they were going to be 19 pounds I would order but a 4 pound spread is a bit large. I would not want to order and then find out they were 23 pounds. So what options do I have? There is not much out there in this size and weight range with a lip. No stepped lips please, they look too small. |

Pretty much all of the Volks available for the M3 will be right around 19 to 20 pounds being 1 piece forged. I am going with the RE30s in 19x9 +15 and 19x10 +15. They will have a decent lip.

First off, he wanted a lip.
And second, he wanted 19's. Nice affordable light weight 18 inch choice, though. Yes good looking wheels. But he wants something around 20lbs. What is the weight of the 19's? Last edited by M3WC; 08-28-2008 at 01:55 AM.. |

Tirerack also sells them. Not sure why they don't come up as a choice for the M3 on their site. The front wheel offset is only different by 3mm, same rear offset. Vividracing.com also sells both the RS-GT and RG-R. RS-GT 19x8.5 offset 35mm 19x10 offset 25mm RG-R 19x8.5 offset 32mm 19x10 offset 25mm |
