After using the mobility system...

I was wondering if after using the mobility system with the foam, the tyre can just me repaired and re-used.

This is not mentioned on the manual.

I have no personal experience, but I believe so. However, you won't find many tire shops that will want to deal with cleaning the carcass of the mess. Just carry a plug kit.

I had to use the mobility kit on my e92 335 w/o RFT's. I told them the stuff was in there and they said it was no big deal, but when they dismounted the tire it came rushing out all over the tire mount machine, the floor, literally everywhere. The tech's were actually really cool about it, offered me the mop jokingly, but cleaned up in a couple minutes. When I went to pay the manager said "no charge", so I went and bought them some six packs.

Just let them know ahead of time and offer to buy the techs lunch or a beer.

you can re use the tire even after using the mobility system... i used stuff like that before... you just have to clean the tires up a little.

will the dealership replace the sealant once used? if not, how much is it?

If they do not get all the stuff cleaned out of the tire I would think it would throw the balance off.
