cool. im leaning more torwards turners st 2 since it'll yield 40 whp with just a cat delete and ecu. what more if i did the pulley, xpipe and muffler. i called AA and they said with the tune, x pipe, pulley and exhaust, it'll be good for 30 whp. turners st 2 is under 2 g's, AA would over $5500. we'll see. just wanted to know if anyone did turners st 2 yet.

they havent finalized their cat delete yet. and the 2k for the stage 2 software doesnt include the pipes. so for a cat delete and software it would be the same price between AA and turner. mayb like $300 different. i think i'm going to do the turner one if once they finalize their stuff and it looks good. otherwise i'm heading to AA.

Dear OP,

NA cars do not usually yield large HP gains from software upgrades unless they are limited from the factory (IE C63). BMWs on a hold are tuned extremely well form the factory but there are always methods of increases your HP reliably.

Obviously Tuners here in the States need to have connections overseas to be able to tune the ECU's. The big difference is that we do all of our tuning in house and have the ability to access all areas of the ECU without sending your ECU (or ECU files) elsewhere.

We are not a reseller as for as software upgrades are concerned. Resellers tend to markup these upgrades and inflate HP #'s.

Feel free to give me a call in the morning if you have any other questions or concerns regarding tuning for the E9X M3.

Regards,

ya i spoke with turners today and they said they're working on the pipe for the cat delete. the pipe shouldnt be that much. they said that a performance shop locally could do it if theyre willing to. so maybe if the pipe is $200. its still not that bad
