Radiator drain plug blew up?

So I was racing with my friend the other day and he noticed the cloud of fluid underneath my car flew into his. Then I noticed coolant level low warning so I pulled over. Looked underneath and saw coolant pouring down. So I checked and plug is missing. The whole plug with sleeve was completely gone.

Before this happened as I mentioned in other post only 1 gallon of water and 1 gallon of coolant went inside of reservoir before it was full.

Any ideas why would plug and sleeve popped out?

Looks like it wasn't installed properly. Plug was installed without the gasket, cross-threaded, or was overtorqued and cracked the housing.

I explained in your other posts why it only took 2 gallons of coolant, I don't know why you're still so hung up on that.

Find a good mechanic dude. You must have damaged it. These things do not fail on their own.
