White could be on the turn if you ask me (just my opinion), still looks fresh on the E92 with the contrast of the CF roof but not the E90. Gloss (not metallic) black will never go bad and is my first choice regardless. That said I'm really starting to admire any red cars that I see on here and I think that it really makes the E90 look special.

Take it from a JB E92 owner. JB doesn't accentuate M3's curves and details. The hood vents are almost not visible the power dome needs some focusing to see from a distance. The white shows more details and lines.

rarity?? Those are the 2 most common colors!
It's like saying whether you see less Burger King or McDonalds. I feel like everyone on this forum has a JB or AW |

I should've said "either is rare". My comment was for AW and JB.

Alpine white is hugely better than black. I've actually test driven every color in researching my car, black hides the m3's details like another poster said and it made the car really just not feel special because it hid the details. White is so popular for a reason. The best m3 colors are white, silverstone and red, avoid all others.

not so much as personal pref. like "i love black and black is the only color period!"
I was looking more for things like "black is the deepest, but will by far the hardest to keep clean" "white accentuates the the curves of the body" things that add more insight into the decisions. |
