So, today didn't go as planned.

I was getting some coilovers from somebody (my big surprise) and we met up at LTBMW for them to install them (they were still on his car), but they noticed that a piece on one of his front coils was broken. The coils have a lifetime warranty so he is going to send in the fronts to be replaced and then we're going to proceed from there, but it will probably take about a month.

I guess it's good for me since I'd be getting some brand new coils on the front, but still, nothing ever works out for me lol.

Sucks. I feel for you. Had to drive out there and shit. For nothing.

But its all good, do some other cosmetic shit for now.

I think I'm going to keep the exterior pretty simple. I'll probably get the aero lip (really can't justify the price for the mtech bumper), black kidneys, reflector delete, and wrap my window trim in matte black.

I really should get that out of the way all at once, but I'd rather do the things that matter, first (e.g., coilovers).

Just found a dent in my hood that's pushing out from the inside. And a big big chip near it.

damn i just sold a lip for like $100 2 weeks ago :/

it was unpainted... but still

i think painted are like $300 or something new? I forgot it's been a while

I just opened the hood and there is double thick metal on the inside. I thought maybe I left a tool in there once and it dented it from the inside. But not possible. It may have been there from the factory, who knows.

The Chip, well thats one in a thousand on my car. Its just big and on the hood. I will have to have it all repainted one day if I keep my car after the lease.
