Dave,

I am thinking mid July. I had given some thoughts and a lot of people have been asking. It's time to do it again. This time, I might go the BBQ and get a chef to cook some meat for us. Anyone up the gig?

Mine is getting delivered mid August

Mid July would be cool for me, I will have something new in the next few days so I may bring the new car or the Nissan. GTI is going bye-bye, I thought I would be OK with a sensible car, I was wrong.

i was thinking the house again. Somehow the house makes it seem more personable vs. the park.

It's nice enough that you allow us to use your house
Let's at least chip in for the food, drinks etc
