I want it to be the ultimate AMG killer on track and straights.
Aggressive rear end (very soft weak looking one in the current coupe IMO)
Lighter
475 HP...
M Drive/Button as standard dumb M Division don't know that it is what makes the M an ///M!
And lettem work on some good ass exhaust notes...sure 8300 RPM is music, but me wants AMG Bass!!!

1) aggressive rear (agree with previous post, E92 rear isn't aggressive enough).
2) 500HP (not 485, not 494) 500.
3) 325 rear tires and 300 front
4) HUD
5) functional cup holder (yeah yeah call me whatever, I drive my M3 2000miles/month)

I've seen a couple of 5 series GTs here in Korea...awful...I really hope they re-think the wagon concept.

Things change, I can accept an ///M turbo car. I just can't accept an GT3M.

I think we all need to cool off a little. I distinctly remember a lot of fear with the introduction of this model. All of this is a good thing...the M3 is such a great car!

Well, the GTR performance comes with high maintanence costs (and probably 4 wheel drive system)...

I don't think P-cars are ugly, that's considered "classic design."

Whether you like them or not is a totally different thing.

I don't see any "multiple competition-like" packages appearing on the M3, maybe another ZCP but no Clubsport or the like. Not going to happen.

I also don't see a 300-500lb weight reduction; I definitely see more HP but no weight savings.

Redline is not happening on a TC engine at 8,000 - it sucks big time that all manufacturers are going from NA to TC/SC motors - but it's the state of affairs for all of them. Especially with all these new bullshit emissions laws in the U.S.

At the end of the day, it's not about what a few enthusiasts want on a board, it's really all about marketing and the drive to sell as many of these cars as they can.

I'd personally like to see:

1) A ZCP-like package that offers a different suspension setup, remapped ECU AND big brakes (charge $5k for it, big deal).

2) More HP + TQ obviously (this is a given)

3) Dynamic seats like the M5/M6

That's it for me, love the car the way it is and I just can't imagine a better engine than this beast of motor in the S65. I don't care much for TC/SC cars, naturally aspirated motors are marvels of engineering.

Indeed, both. Reason why CTS-V doesn't sell all that well.

Leather or alcantara dash
