A few hot laps at Sonoma Raceway + a few action photos

Went to Sonoma Raceway over the weekend. Haven't been to the track since April so it was good to be back. It was interesting to be on street tires again and surprisingly wasn't that far off of my r-comp times. I think karting has really improved my driving overall. Usually I get a lot of sideways action on street tires, but this time I felt pretty composed and the car never really got away from me.

What type of streetie tire were you on & what R-comp have you run there?

BTW--now THAT was a shifter! I bet it's a lot more precise than the OEM piece (which is a bit vague for me).

I was on AD08's and previously on Hankook TD's (r-comp)

Yea this shifter has ruined manual transmissions for me. Every other manual shifter I try feels like mush now.
