Taking care of our M3 Novillo Leathers

My car is just at 20K now, and i'm starting to see some wear on the leather bolster.

Leather is not peeling off or cracking anything, but I'm starting to see it losing the black leather color

Our novillo leather is very soft, and therfore quite weak i believe.
Since then the tight side bolsters tend to wear faster than any other cars...

For those of you having the similar problem, how do you take care of such issue? what products do you guys use to condition?

I'm not sure what the deal is with the bolster wear. I am very careful getting in and out of my 2009 and my bolster is starting to show wear. Whereas I have a friend with a 2011 M3 with similar miles and no wear. I wonder if it is due to a defect in the dye process or something that they have since fixed.

I have used leatherique and leather masters which are the two that everyone always recommends. Leatherique is messy and smelly and I will probably never use it on one of my cars again. Leather masters is easy to apply and leaves a nice matte, OEM-look finish and I highly recommend it. The only thing bad I could possibly say about leather masters is I would not use the "vital" cream on your steering wheel as it made mine feel very sticky.
