I looked into it - then you forfeit the $1500 BMW Financial incentive. But you pay less interest. In the end it comes out to be pretty close.

PenFed was doing a promo for February. 0.49% on a 4-year loan if you use the PenFed Car Buying Service. I think PenFed's regular rate on a 5-year is 1.49 as well.

I can always re-fi in the future - really just wanna get that $1500 credit!

Enjoy that F30 335i too! I've read awesome reviews and they look fantastic (love the updated interior, too).
