Detailer's Domain: BMW M3 Comp - New Car Prep

Here is a brand new BMW M3 Comp Package.

Customer requested to get the car perfect and install clear film.

What was done -
Exterior

- Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
- Tires were spritzed down with Adam’s All Purpose Cleaner and washed down
- Wheel wells were cleaned up
- Pre Washed with W99
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs were cleaned up
- Clayed
- Dried
- Tires dressed
- Masking
- Paint Measurement
- 2 Step - SIP to start and Super Finish
- Inspection with Fenix,Infratech, and natural sunlight
- Last Step – 1Z einszett Glanz
- Wheel wells were cleaned and dressed
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Windows were clayed, cleaned, and sealed

Discovered 1Z Glanz from an old writeup of yours. At $20 it has to be one of the biggest detailing bargains out there. I swear by the stuff now.

Great work! What do you guys use for the exhaust tips? And for the rim cleaner do you just spray it or do you also have to scrub it depending on how dirty the rims is. Thanks

Adams metal polish. Agitation of the rims with a brush seems to be preferred some times when the rims have real brake dust caked on
