ugh...I can't think of a word!

There is a word on the tip of my tongue, and it's driving me nuts.

It's a noun for someone who does more harm than good. It's used alot when describing someone on a team, like sports or business. For example...."He's got great skills, but he's more of a .............. than an asset."

What the heck is the word, I'm pulling my hair out!

Edit: We got it, Liability!

It's making sense in my case, I was trying to write in another forum about a hockey player who has great hands and play making ability, but has a tendency to be a bit showy and turn the puck over.

the word itself makes perfect sense but in that sentence it sounds odd I don't know when i think of liabilities I think of accounts payable
