I made 400whp with rear section magnaflow, and removed secondary cats and PROCEED with METH. Everything else stock.

All dyno's read differently, I have had up to 50 whp difference between dynos. This is the reason Why I had my car dyno'd since stock and with every mod at the same dyno and never dyno the place that does mods because its to easy to jippo the reading

If you have done exaust mods the car will often run too rich sometimes even lean and therefore always better to do a dyno after a mod. If your car is running lean you could damage the valves and change your fuel map according
