Web Site order tracking

Anyone else having trouble with the web site? It keeps telling me I own a '06 X3. The phone system tells me my car has no production date yet.

However the dealer has confirmed I am in 112 status with a week 23 production for an MDCT E90. That would be the 1st week in June, so hopefully around the 4th of july i will have my car!

I would wait about one day before week 23 starts and check the 800 number again and re-enter your production or vin number on the website.

Several members started a bit early so I might give a call to the 800 number every so often until your build week. However, since you have an E90 DCT, chances are you won't move up, as the deadlines have seemed to be pretty firm for that.

Yep... have confirmation that VINs are assigned about a week before production, and that the VIN is a more reliable method to track production since those numbers aren't re-used (as are the production numbers).

Same is happening to me. The website is stating that I own a 2001 X5 so I call the 800 # and they confirmed the order for an e90 with MDCT for week 24 production. You're ok.

Once you get into production is pretty accurate (internet included)

Had the same problem, ordered new Jerez Black coupe and was showing 525. My vehicle started production last week and is schedule to be finished today. So I logged on to website and still showed 525. Went to My account, vehicle overview and delete my car (525). Added car with production number and now it shows the correct vehicle and status.

you need to talk to a real live person. mine is on a boat in the atlantic but OC shows it at port of exit.

Yeah, and the 1800 number tries to pretend they don't have the info about the boat, so call your CA when that happens.

depends who you talk to - some are in the know and some are in the no.
