2009 E92 Leather Interior Condition

Hey Guys,
Here's an interior shot of the E92 that i've put a deposit on. I haven't seen it in person yet...only seen photos. Can you guys take a look at the photo that i've attached and tell me what you think of the condition. I know it's difficult to say with one photo, but i'm a little concerned about the how worn and shiny the front driver's seat looks.

What do you think?

May just need a good cleaning and conditioner, may need more. No way to get more/better pics especially since you already put a deposit on?

I probably should have in the beginning when I was trying to decide if I wanted it. At this point it's too late. The car has been shipped to my city, and is currently getting detailed. I'll see it for the first time in about a week. If I don't like what I see, I have the option of walking. I guess time will tell.

the seat and steering wheel look pretty worn. The side bolster wear on the driver's seat is pretty usual for the M3. The only thing you can do with that is replace the leather.

a good detailing place should be able to have someone re-dye the leather on the worn bolster. I've had it done to a couple p-cars I've had and it looks great.

It could just be the picture though, hard to tell. Yes the bolsters look worn, but at least the bottom part looks like it's in good condition though.

I think it will clean up, but still leave some shiny spots. Looked like whoever drove it was a big guy.
