My car whines like a 5yo kid. Power steering fluid is full too. The car just makes noise. I would check your fluid and then just drive the car.

No doubt the noise is loud and clear in your video . I would show the video at my BMW/Dealer .
I'm 100% sure the noise is not bearing related , so it's no big deal , but I wouldn't drive it like this to avoid further damage

Actually I take it back, mine doesn't sound like yours at all. I would def have it checked out asap.

I'm going to check my steering fluid and see if I have to get flush or top it off or change the whole case

Alright guys found out exactly what it was it's basically my Steering Wheel Fluid that was Low, Old and Dirty So every time I made a hard Left or Right turn the noise happen. So I flush it out and put new Fluid in it and I've been driving it to see and it's been good so far
