How to remove water spots from clear bra??

I've made a mistake and used the headlamp washers by mistake, and had to drive for hours. A normal car wash, and quick detail doesn't do anything.

I've done a search, and most of them are talking about removing water spots from paint, not the clear bra.

I've read some suggestions about 50:50 water:vinegar/alcohol..

Here are my questions..

1. what are you supposed to do with this mix? Just pour it on, and rub it?
2. After this process, will it strip off my wax? (swissvax blaeu-weiss)
2b. If it does strip off the wax, do I have to restart the waxing process with cleaner fluid, or do I just apply the wax right after?

I have 0 experience with detailing. The only detail products I have are the swissvax basic kit, a pile of MF towels, and a quick detail spray.

I do not have a claybar, nor do I know how to use it, and I definitely don't have a polisher.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Go to Autozone and pick up some Meguiars Plast-X with a foam or microfiber polishing pad.

Edit: Mothers Cleaner wax might even be enough to remove the water spots if they aren't too extreme. Also available at Autozone.

I have used that mixture to remove wax and stains from a clear bra but not water spots. I ahve never had any clients with water spotting issues. The one thing to remember is to keep a good sealant on the film to prevent this from happening again.

Plexus. Used it on every clear bra we have had on cars, works great on keeping it looking good.

I sealed the clear bra every 2 months so it's always very smooth. It's just that this one time I went to a restaurant for lunch and it was like 90+ heat outside. The sprinkler system for the grass in the parking lot went off. In the middle of the day?!? Needless to say, I have water spots all over my hood and front fenders. I was able to clean some of them off but still have a lot of them on there. I will give the above mentioned method a try. Thanks guys.
