Hmmm, I was under the impression it was all four. So, first I installed the swifts and it felt pretty bouncy. Rode this for about 2 weeks and stayed bouncy. Then I decided to cut an inch off the fronts first and immediately felt better but still just a tad bouncy. I then cut an inch off the rears and now it rides better, barely any bounce! And after all this I want to go lower. I just ordered new full coilover suspension, so these 1.5 month old Swift springs will be for sale very soon! LOL

I did e36 front bump stops and in the rear this kit:

Interesting, have never seen these before. Is there some benefit to the 7mm? That seems like such a small increase...

Bumping a very old thread here. I am looking to add swift springs, e36 M3 front bump stops, and shaved guide supports to my ZCP M3.

Has anyone else else add the Dinan rear upper shock mount kit as well? It appears Dinan includes these in their supplemental handling kit.
