Front Bumper Gap
Hi, this is my first time that I notice the gap of my front bumper is that BIG. Is it normal? Or I minimize the gap by release and tighten the 4 upper screws on the bumper trim? Thanks!

Personally I've found the body panels on the M3 to horribly misaligned for a car in its price bracket .... I just tend to forget about it the moment I start the car

Your front bumper is not aligned correctly, it's especially noticeable around the headlight.
Has the front bumper been removed? It should be fairly easy to correct. Here is a good pic of how it should look

Mine is 3/16" left and right of the centre (just below the BMW logo) and 1/4" dead centre just below the logo. On my Benz the gap everywhere is just a shade above 1/8"
This is how it is checked in the factory using a plastic feeler gauge ...

I had the same reaction as you when I first got mine and saw a similar problem. Definitely not optimal. When I looked under the hood, though, I saw, what appeared to be, hood adjusting points. So, I think it's a fixable thing.
