I think the quality of this one was overall good (as far as Android is concerned). The quality of my Ball is actually noticeably better, but then again, it's a completely different kind of watch. The Ball turns heads at night, the Android during the day.
Any pics of your Ball?

I already knew Clinton is a watchguy. Today I came across this pic in the newspaper. The same watch I wear as a daily as many of you members might know. A JLC MC Navy Seals Alarm (only 1,500 produced)

@Southlight, are you paying attention?

Cheers

Really want that watch to add to my JLC collection I seem to have going. But no more watches for me for a while, it's getting out of hand.... I still have to pick one up that I ordered a while back......

the worst part about watch is the amount of time it takes to get them delivered, the irony

Just got the 305 a week or so ago. Made me dislike my 112 for some reason

my JLC Reverso Duoface and my most recent JLC Reverso 1931 limited edition Rouge.

the red isn't showing very strongly due to glare.

Thanks, figured that would be how it would go down in the long run, I was just trying to be lazy.

and just FYI, my old man is a PAM collector, I think he has about 8-10, one of which is the 112 and another was the 305 that I now own. He still wears his 112 fairly often, even though all his other PAMs are major collectable ones like the fifty.

I think it's his work horse so he doesn't feel bad if he damages it or anything. And he still gets compliments on it regularly.

Beautifal watches!!!

I have come across a bunch of watches that I've considered, but I'm still saving for the Grande Reverso Duo.

Very happy with just my stainless Sub right now, which I wear ALL the time.

Thanks! the Rouge is a boutique only watch, so I think I probably have one of only a few in Canada as we don't have a Boutique here. I had it shipped to my dad in Colorado about a month ago and just got my hands on it yesterday. Was a long wait, but it's sitting nicely on my wrist right now making me smile.

As you can tell, I have a soft spot for the Reverso, so I whole heartedly recomend you get your hands on one if you want one. I don't normally like square/rectangle type watches, but I make exception for these

Is your sub with or without date?

It's a date Sub. I bought it from a local jewelry shop, where I've befriended the owner who is very knowledgeable about watches.

He calls me periodically when he comes across something I might like. He had a standard gold Reverso, but it was too small for my taste.

Realistically it's going to be a while before I can afford another nice watch. My taste has always outweighed my pocketbook! lol. Plus, now I have a girlfriend, just got another Ducati that I'm prepping for track use, there's just so much cool shit to spend money on!

lol so many toys, so little time, I know the feeling.

I've managed to elude having a girlfriend for a while now, so that's keeping the pocket book a little better balanced at the moment.

I'm glad you got the black sub, it looks a little nicer in my opinion then the white face, I've looked at them a few times, just can't pull the trigger for some reason.

This should fit under all my shirts where the Ball is just too thick.

Thanks for sharing! I went ahead and just bought one as well but in a 50mm version with the white face. Great looking watch and good deal!

how are you liking a watch with manual wind only?
Oh really
What kind of age group would sport a watch like the android?
When you guys say gf I imagine 20 something?

I'm a freshmen in college and my ex had bought me this watch for my last birthday and I think she may have been overcharged a bit.
Movado ESQ Sport Classic

And I can't get it uploaded aha.
