If I read the pn correctly (25 11 0 435 849), it's a shift lever boot. I think it's meant for the BMW Performance short shift kit...

No it's not. All UK delivered M3's with 19" wheels come with the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup+. This has been discussed already, ad nauseum.

Great car - Congrats"

On the Cup tires - they must be excellent for the occasional track-day, but I would not want to drive them everyday (Belgium can get rainy once and a while). Already the normal Michelin Pilot Sports (runflat) are very loose on wet roads (as I discovered yesterday in MDM S5 mode).

Do you miss the M5?

Will post pics after I install it tommor The BMW performance seats are nice as well and thinking of ordering them. Prices at £800 each Bolts at £4; and once fitted, you cannot move them again.

Thanks for the nice comments guys

I need to change the tyres - getting a new set of wheels with decent wet tyres They are really slippery.
