I went through Gebhardt, my extended family usually buys through them. My client advisor Thom is excellent, and arranged everything. He even changed the dates for ED several times and changed the options on the car.

Does Jerez Black color has a hint of blue (deep dark blue)? judging from the pictures it looks like there is a hint of blue so am just confirming. Anyway, it looks damn good.

Hey everybody,

I am now over half way in the break-in period, and I am still astonished by the car every day. I have been going up to 5,500 rpms a few times now, and the engine sounds is gorgeous when it comes alive. I just want to rev it all the way, so I keep looking for places to go. But I should be able to do the break-in service soon. Other than the performance, I always marvel its beauty. A friend of mine came and stayed with me for some time, and we kept taking countless pictures.

That is the same as mine E46 M3, off course in 6th gear..............

Congrats: you have fulfilled one of my dreams (hopefully '09). I'm sure you had this meticulously planned!

The Welt is an absolutely amazing place and to pick up an M3 there is fair recompense for $10 / gall. gas!

Last mth I was over there w/ a standard 3er and that was painful enough

And aren't those roads and scenery great! JzB also a fantastic colour: good choice! The one on the floor when I was there was JzB too, but w/ bamboo (pic below). What M3 did they have around when you were there?

I just got back from my trip to Denmark, where I visited my brother who is working for the Siemens Wind testing center. Quite a lovely drive, with lots of Autobahn. I averaged 11.2 ltr/100 km or 21 mpg (US), driving around 85-90 mph most of the time. On a few occasions on the Autobahn I did 120-130 mph, and the car still felt very planted.

I especially like the last 2 pics: Jerez is too pretty!
The first pic is an R8 we saw on the way up.
