Yep, kinda of a pain. When it starts happening, I just push in the clutch. Give it more gas and release the clutch again. Oh, yeah, guess you guys with DCT are screwed.

No you did not . If you read the request for advise when I initiated the post , you would understand that the acceleration is not linear when that happens and therefore the engine cuts off intermitently . Thus you could not beat a Prius at take off from a stop light .

Wow, from some threads lately, seems a few people are taking this internet thing a bit too seriously Anyway, kinda happy to see this thread, as I too have noticed a bit of this surging, pretty much only right on startup, and it probably has been worse since I used my M Key settings to enable Power on startup. Just switched it back to normal, so will see how that goes.
