e92 m3 steering feel light, servotronic issue?

Hello,

Starting off my car steering feel has always feel very tight and solid especially in M mode. Car performed really well. Recently, I had a tune flashed and even increased the tightness feel of steering. Everything seems perfect.

Last Saturday, i took the car out. After a short drive, all of the sudden my steering feel really light in M mode when i took this right turn. Almost got a curb check because i am used to the heaviness of the steering. Very noticeable difference. I tested the car again in normal, and M mode. No changes, same issue.

I don't think alignment is the issue since i didn't hit any pot holes and this happened out of no where. Took the car to the dealer, ripped me of with "diagnostic charges" just to drive it around and say it's normal. They checked fluid and power steering, said it was "Ok".

I am taking the car back tomorrow and seeking what should be my next step to tackle this issue. I have researched around but could not find a similar situation.

My car is on stock ZCP suspension, 45k miles, stock wheels.

OP, do you mean the steering doesn't change in Sport setting, and/or your servo tune fell off?

It felt like the steering felt loose in general. Lighter than stock before tune. Not sure what's going on

I told evolve to disable servo and now it's difficult to navigate parking lots, feels amazing at higher speeds.

Assume must be something with the tune then. Look them up.

Update

Problem solved. I unplugged the servotronic connector under the left wheel well, reconnected it back after. Seemed like it reset the module, everything is fine again.
