My GTS wheels with 255/35/19 on the front with 15mm spacers are rubbing the fender liner on both the front and back sides. Drivers back side has already tore a hole. Pic below
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...0#post20419690 Would going down to 12mm solve my issue? I see many guys running 15mm front/12mm back without issue on OEM wheels. My car is on stock ZCP suspension.

Thanks looks like you are right. Tires and wheels came with the car when I bought it, funny as the PO went up to 285/30/19 for the rears.

285/30-19 is no problem for the rear. The front can't fit a tire much taller than the OEM 245/35-19. So if you go any wider you must also go down to a 30 series to keep the height down to OEM or slightly shorter. I run a 275 up front with zero issues.

I'm looking for a dedicated track set and a very popular combo seems to be:
All four corners: APEX ARC-8 18x10 ET25 275/35/18 Nitto NT01 Can anyone verify that 275/35/18 NT01s or RS3s will fit with no rub on stock ZCP suspension without spacers or fender rolling? It seems to be a popular combo, but this line from Turner Motorsport made me hesitate: "We have put this wheel set together using four APEX 10.0" wheels in a ET25 offset. A 10" wheel allows for 275-285 performance or R-comp tires. This is a very aggressive offset and custom alignment settings will be required. Trimming of plastic fender liners or fender rolling may also be required depending on tire size/type and ride height." Thanks! |

Hello everyone
Im a newbie here. I have a 2010 e92 m3 and currently got new wheels. They are Forgestar f14 Super Deep Concave. Wheels are 19x10 ET20 for all 4. Tires are 275/30/19 for front and 295/30/19 in the back. I have no problems with my stock springs. However I cant stand the wheel gap. Im wondering if Swift Spec-R springs will cause my car to rub. They say the front is lowered 1" and rears are lowered 0.7". I called EAS and asked and they told me it should be ok but wanted to make sure. Please let me know! |

Stock suspension/ might lower the car on kw springs (I don't want to get rid of my Edc) Nothing done to fenders Stock alignment/ willing to change if necessary

So much great info in the thread!
Looking to run 19x9.5 up front and 19x10.5 rear. Et 22 on both. Lowered on swift. I've read some rubbed and some not on pretty similar setups. Any advice on 35's and 30 that will not rub? I would prefer the 35 profile but if it's impossible let me know. Edit to original post: I should have backed up a page, this was answered. Still open for ideas though. |

You can run a 275 up front (275/35-18 on 18x9.5+22) but I am running some negative camber and can't go super low. I think a 265/35 up front will fit your needs better.

I know that 275 fits without a problem up front. But what about on a slightly lowered e9xm3? Can we fit 285F/305R? 18 inch wheels of course with necessary negative camber.

Replaced the 19" OEM with Velocity Motoring's Flow Form V710FFs
Now Front: 9.5" ET22 265/30/19 slight rub on lock, passenger side only Rear: 10.5" ET 25 295/30/19 no rub --would consider a 35 series on a non-lowered car 2009 E92 M3 Stock non-EDC suspension. VMR sent the wheels, tires, centers, TPMS. Bolted on, tight tolerance, no bad codes from TPMS. These Hankooks are very grippy! Very happy with the look and the service!

help with fitment
I read the entire thread and it seems like it's not common to run 10x19 offset 20 all around. My suspension is going to stay stock. What tire size should I get without rubbing. I would like to hear from people who actually did this. thx in advance.

I would think that these would poke a decent amount on the front if you are at stock height?

2013 E92 M3 currently on stock ZCP setup.
Looking to change the setup to: Front: 19x9.5 ET 22 Tires 265/30/19 Rear: 19x10.5 ET 35 tires 305/30/19 I have no plans on changing the OEM suspension. I have already read that 295/30/19 will not rub. However, I am attracted to the PSS 305/30/19 because the diameter is exactly stock 26.3" I appreciate in advance the advice Last edited by rhyary; 01-31-2017 at 01:23 AM.. |
