Here is a 2009 with 4,100 miles going for $68.5... you may want to adjust your pricing accordingly.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2009-...ht_8796wt_1167

If I recall correctly, the 2009 and 2010 model year cars are one alike.

GLWS, however I may be interested. I will let you know

Price is OBO and it's priced right for year and mileage (on Nagtroc forum). I'm asking $3.5k more than the '09 that is refered to above, which is a reasonable difference for a '10. Low mileage '09's are selling for mid 60's; '10's for high 60's to low 70's; '11's for mid 70's. My car is all stock, which means the warranty is intact - not so easy to find with a used GT-R's. Important for some but not for others.

If anyone is interested let me know.

There are individuals on NAGTROC who are finding brand-new '10s for under 70:

Some people are willing to give their cars away. I'm not. I don't need to sell it. I am trying to sell it so I can buy a new 2012 GT-R but if it doesn't happen that's okay too.

Would appreciate hearing from serious buyers only please.

He wasn't referring to 'people' giving their cars away

Rather people getting brand new ones

unfortunately, with the 12 on its way, no one is really going to want an old one at a premium.
(you yourself sir, are an example of someone craving for the 12)

Also, this is a M3 forum.

People spend 65-75k on their new Ms.

If they wanted a GTR, they would have gotten one.

GLWS, but I doubt you'll see much movement here, especially at the price of a new M3.

Plus 4k RPM launch control that won't void the warranty. You'd have to Cobb AP an 09-11 to get anywhere close to this. Not to mention suspension tweaks, sound deadening, etc... On the flip-side, '12s are nearly $100k cars after tax, tag, and title.

"craving"???? I might go with an M3 or IS-F or 2012 GTR - not sure yet.

However, I think you are correct that I won't sell it by listing it here. All I'm getting is pricing advice.

M3 is a nice car and I like them a lot - my local dealer has a used 2011 M3 E90 with DCT and 3500 miles for $61,900. Looks like it has all packages except Comp. How's this price? Fair? High?

Sorry 'craving' may have been a bad choice or words.

"Wanting"?
Desiring?

I personally would love a 12 GTR lol...

I will buy a GTR once I can afford it (as to me, it would be unpractical as a DD, I'd need it as a 2nd car..)

Regarding the M3...
You can have 2011.5 E90s for near invoice

Do you know the original MSRP?

If it was say, 68k MSRP, you can have it for about 64-65k invoice (give or take, since I don't have an actual car to sue, I'm just throwing numbers out there for now)

If that is the case, I would say it's not wroth it.

However, if the MSRP was in the mid 70s, where invoice is in the low 70s... in that case yes the car is worth it at 62k.

since their listing is 62k, I suggest going in at 55k and and try to close it at around 58k OTD, maybe 59k OTD and have them throw in some stuff (like tires? or other accessories)

Original invoice on the M3 was $70,275 and I offered them $57k and they laughed and are not interested. They said they might, and they stressed "might" let it go for $60k. No need to tell you that this is an arrogant dealership and as much I like to negotiate I just don't want to deal with them. Shame because it's a nice car, although I would prefer a E92 or E93. However, got to sell mine first.

Yes, I was at the Shawano event last year (spectating only). There was a few Evo's there - which one was yours?

Looks like my 'drives' section is out of date. I had my S2000 there, I spoke with you for quite a while about your GT-R, your previous cars, what I was looking for at the time, and still am actually looking for a new car.

For anyone interested in this car, I don't know the seller but I have met him and have seen the car in person. Seller seems like a very stand up guy and the car is stunning in person.
