Flushed at 55k miles -Tranny fluid (royal purple) at 60k miles -Diff fluid (redline) at 60k miles -Engine oil (oem) every 5-7k miles. -Power steering fluid. Check and topped at 60k miles -Active Auto green filter at 55k miles -Spark plugs at 55k miles -Alignment on 3/2/14 -Clutch feels strong still Replaced parts/extra parts -New oem perforated leather M steering wheel and trim at 65k miles -New oem perforated m shift knob and handbrake handle at 65k miles -Extra set of OEM wood interior trim -New OEM throttle body actuator in box. No rubbing what so ever History -Bought new in PA in 2008 (1st owner) -Sold to a cardiologist in San Antonio, TX (2nd owner) -I bought it from there in Feb 2013 with 49k miles on it (I am 3rd owner) -The PPI from when I bought the car ----> Pre-Purchase -Never had an accident -Never been repainted -Never been tracked -out of warranty -no rust or corrosion -regularly detailed -TITLE IN HAND! (under my personal business name) The bad -some small paint chips on the front that have been touched up -a scratch on the top of the rear bumper that has been touched up -small (1/8th in) door ding on passenger side door -small (1/4th in) rock chip on windshield. Hasn't spread so I've just ignored it. -previous 2 items can be fixed locally upon request Reason for sale/other I just bought a extremely clean e36 m3 sedan and plan to build it to be better than showroom. This was my 4th e9x series car and I am ready for a change. This car has never thrown me a code and has been rock solid the 20k miles I've owned it. 2 wheel sets are 220m's with ps2's with 7/32 and 5/32 (F:R) with TPMS Apex arc-8's in satin black 18x9.5 square with 265/30 hankook rs3's with lots of tread. Car is still for sale, however I do have about 3 serious buyers interested. So If any lurkers are interested let me know asap. $31k stock $32k with apex's. Thanks guys
