Not to poop on the party, but same sentiment here. It is too much in my view not to mention the difference and weave and fact one is super shiny and the other not.

Poop aside, glad you had a project you enjoyed and are happy with the result. The work itself looks stellar! If I did that, think I'd be cursing bubbles and ironing out wrinkles for the next 9 years.

EDIT:
Sorry I sound like a d*ck. To each his own! If you like it, that is all that matters. Forget what I think, "I'm just a peckerwood who lives in the hills with too many guns."
I completely understand. I just installed it, and haven't really sat in the car yet to let it bother me. I paid $30 for it so it's not a big deal throwing it away if it does.

That part I sent off to have it re-done in carbon fiber.

Retrofitted front PDC. Works flawlessly and sensors, well, you can't really see them!!!
Rear PDC was retrofitted as well but 3 years back.

Nice! Wish I had the patience to do this retrofit. I'd love to have front PDC on both cars, they already have the rear.

Practiced with some matte vinyl wrap on some random pieces. Peeled off the hood vent, but now I'm more satisfied with the red start/stop after covering the stainless steel ring.

Also my squeak is gone!
I was getting squeaks at high RPMs, so I replaced my belts cause I was due for it anyways and now it's gone!

The red starter button looks way better with the black ring surrounding it. Good call!

I kinda like the black hood vents better than the red ones.

I'm torn between going gloss or matte. I'm going to try gloss black tomorrow and see which one I like better. Testing the waters to see if I can handle a full wrap eventually.

I can see Matte Black looking nice since the grill on the vents is a matte finish but gloss black with gloss black roof and mirror caps will look nice unless you have carbon roof

I have the carbon roof but my side gills, emblem and front grill are gloss. Along with the usual gloss trim. But I can agree that gloss black might be too many different things going on in a small area. I appreciate the feedback.
