Interior trims?

Hey ladies and gents,

I am in the market for a new m3 (want the v8 before the downsize) and i was wondering if any body had a collection of pictures showcasing the different interior trims, mostly the sycamore wood.

I am not sure what I want to go with. The idea of the carbon on the inside seemed a little silly to me, I thought it would look tacky but I saw some pics and it wasn't so bad. The aluminum is nice but very loud and what I am really interested in seeing is the sycamore wood. Cant seem to find any pictures of it however, yes i searched even if it was only for 5 minutes .

also if your interested 6mt, Jzb, and fr/bl/bl. no comp package.

Thanks in advance!

Why porn is easier to search but not "E92 M3 interior trim"?

for some reason I don't think a wood trim should be in an M3... Just sounds wrong...

good point, I agree. I had a real dark wood, I forget what it was called, on my 330ci. That looked good. But that lighter wood that was in that pic I don't think is any good for this car. And it doesn't really sound like anybody actually gets it either.

I ordered the titanium shadow trim and I can't wait to see it when the car comes in. Just the other day I saw a light poplar like wood in an RS4 and it almost made me throw up... But some really dark woods look nice... the Anthracite wood trim for example....

I think the interior is too modern and functional looking to have wood trim. It doesn't have a classic look like some cars do. For example, an Infiniti M35/45 with its classic clock front and center. It's not a good or bad thing, just doesn't fit the car. Of course, this is my opinion.

Agreed, I wish I had scene the Anthracite in person. I'm happy with the carbon fiber; I just knew that I didn't want the aluminum trim because I feel like I saw that ALL THE TIME on the E46 and thought it best for a change. Now of course I see the carbon leather ALL THE TIME on E9x
