i've made breaded Pork chops so many times before. its easy

just keep the oil hot but but not too hot.

and grease will splatter when the juices come out of the meat so be careful.

i didn't post pictures because i took them with my phone and tbh, it looked pretty gross. if i cook it again, i'll take proper pictures lol

ummm.. i get asked this a lot and i honestly never have an answer but i do get a lot of requests all the time for my BBQ spareribs with roasted garlic red mashed potatoes

exactly why i didn't like it, too much of a science for me and cleanup is a BITCH haha. funny cause i haven't been cooking a lot lately either, i miss being in the kitchen. when i worked in Bond St. in Beverly Hills Saporro saturdays and free sushi every night was the SHIT!
