Air filter dyno results from the manufacturers always seem a bit optimistic.

AFE makes great filters in both dry option or an oiled option. The oiled filters are supposed to deliver more flow than the standard dry filters.

From what I've seen BMC and MS are M3Post member's favorite.
One point, EAS had clearance sale on AFE filters due to its fitment issue.

I have Dinan intake but I'm planning to try BMC with stock connector with Dinan C/F pipe as they have great reviews from forum members when my Dinan is ready to replace.

Either one will be great, we have had great success with the MS filters. Here's a thread full of MS installs we've performed in house: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=227785

I'd get BMC unless you see an AFE or MS at a discounted price.

BMC's quality is epic. I've tried both (oiled and dry) AFE's, Macht Schnell, and the BMC. BMC is my favorite due to the quality of the plastic on the top of the filter (MS runs a close 2nd).

Macht Schnell already offers this as a complete package:

We've got these on the site/in stock as well.

Go with BMC. You have a 2010 - All 2010's & on have the Euro airbox. MS doesn't sell the Euro filter that you need. If you get MS, you'll need the adapter too. If you go with BMC, you can get the Euro filter & have a filter that is made specifically for your car. Renn Spec, Redline Motorworks or a dozen other venders sell the RPI scoops & BMC filter as a set.

I am both incredibly surprised (but then again not) that in a thread about hp gains for a particular mod that there is not a single dyno result posted. What I would really like to see is a series of 4 blind tests, back and forth with OEM filter and aftermarket to eliminate the possibility of "noise" in a single measurement of each. I know... don't hold your breath.

It's been posted in threads before, here's a 3rd party test here posted last June from just the filter:

the fact that the MS filters come with an adapter isn't a big deal at all. Don't let that fact alone sway you away from MS.

Because any HP gains are negligible. But the biggest issue is not how little HP is gained (if at all), but how much more dirt is being allowed in the engine. The engine doesn't need more air than it can use, and the stock filter doesn't seem restrictive at all. For 2 to 3 HP, I would never give up the much better filtering of a paper filter, especially in the desert southwest, but to each his own.
