Fresh Rubber
Finally got some new shoes. Install is tomorrow. My stock rear PS2's lasted about 13K, so that aint bad. My GT3 would eat them up in 4K. lol
I love the smell of fresh rubber.....when I went into the garage this morning, I was like "AH YEAH!". lol edit: These phuckers look HUGE when they aren't mounted! Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Tires are stock sizes.
I think I am gonna like 'em. Whats not to like about a 180 treadwear rating? lol

Just got them installed. One of the rears force balanced out to 62 lbs! DAMN. We rotated the tire, etc, etc, etc and could not get it down. Oh well. Seems ok though.
Both fronts balanced out to 7-8 pounds, which is awesome. The other rear was 29lbs, which is just so-so. On another note, with H&R sport springs and 15/12 spacers, the rears rub a bit under compression and the front does when damn near locked and under compression. It's slight though, so I think it will be fine and go away after a few thousand miles. I guess they are meaty...the stockers never rubbed, albeit, they were a bit worn.

great tires for the track. The square shoulders of the AD08's make the 245 about the same width of the 265 PS2's. Huge difference in comparison and you will love the performance on the track after you heat cycle them a few times.

Are the Yokohama's better than the Michelin Pilot Super Sports?
