Anodizing rims
I tried googling but haven't found anything concerning anodizing rims.
Is it possible to anodize aluminium alloy to a black chrome finish? |

Anything is possible, any anodize shop with a big enough tank will anodize wheels.
I was going to anodize my RAC RG63 wheels but based on the reduction in fatigue resistance that is known to accompany anodization I decided against it. I have a buddy who has Fikse track wheels for his E36 M3. Thay have held up fine. The track wheels take higher loads but experience many less cycles than street wheel. You could probably get away with it but for a wheel it just isn't worth the risk to me.
