New Member/New Jet Black M3!
Hello Guys and Gals,
I'm new to the threads and recently picked up and drove my military purchased very late 2011 Jet Black MT e92 M3 from Colorado to WA. Includes: BB interior, Carbon leather interior trim, CF roof, ZCP, ZCV, ZP2, Premium sound, nav, heated seats, ipod stuff. Mods: Edition front grills, painted reflectors. (not yet installed- edition side gills and keyhole delete, Vorsteiner GT-V rear diffuser). Future Mods: exhaust, tune, CF trunk lip vs boot lid....? I had the dealer install an extended clear bra to mid portion of the hood bump and 35% tint. I was concerned about how many imperfections would be noticed on the bra but not many.....so i'm happy with it. At 900 mi I had the "service engine soon" light come one, but later found it was the gas cap! I drove it with break in recommendations but did burn a good amount of oil (especially at the UT-ID border) in my 1400mi drive. Great way to break in the car and I do recommend! Overall I am very pleased with the car, my color selections and couldn't be happier. Oh....and the premium sound, navigation, BMW apps, satellite radio...very I'd like to hear your thoughts/recommendations! Sorry beforehand if the pictures are crappy. Happy New Year!! |

Its nice to see another person who isnt afraid to put a car seat in the back of an E92! Way to go! Who says you have to have 4 doors if you have a kid lol.
Are you from Colorado?

Congrats! I picked up my jet black e92 a month ago and it's an awesome color. Hard to keep clean though, you have plenty of detailing ahead of you my friend!
I hope your kid likes the new car too. Mine loves to ride in the e92. |
