I just thought as succesful BMW owners we might be able to share some money making techniques that have worked out.

I've done well in real estate, would be glad to give some advice,

i used to work at cold stone, but now i get prize money from winning races! i know the real estate market is in the crapper because both my parents are real estate people, and they are always talking about how bad the market is.

Real estate is still great and unchanged unlike the rest of the mainland. There is plenty of money to make here!

Im thinking of buying a vacation condo on Maui or even Oahu, is this still a good idea or is the market still way to inflated? Is renting out a vacation property a good idea?

good topic. i'm still in school but if someone can help me turn $1000 into being able to afford an M6 i'd really like that. my girlfriend's in her first few months of real estate and has already sold 4 houses and made like $40k down here in miami.

This new law must be killing online gambling sites... or are they still accepting bets through some loophole?

i don't think you could gamble for cash anymore.....
