Earthquakes felt!!
So last night I was watching the local news (after Jay Leno) and felt a small quake. It's turned out to be a 2.8 so it wasn't anything to be alarmed about. I was then wondering if we were going to feel other ones (possibly bigger) soon. Sure enough the 4.1 that we felt just about 40 minutes answered that question.
They've been saying that the BIG ONE is due any day now. So while the small quakes are good to relieve some of the pressure, who knows what these smaller quakes could mean. Perhaps a precursor? |

A lot of things are not coincidences. I think many things are related somehow. I was watching the news and people were calling in about their experiences and such. Some people were surprised how some close to the epicenter didn't feel it when people further away felt it more. It's not really surprising since the people further away experience more rolling.

With the next great earthquake in California everything east of the San Andreas Fault will fall into the Atlantic Ocean.

Dude I just heard about that! I knew something was up with all the small ones we've been having. Stupid geologists were dismissing them as nothing...I even wrote that those quakes might be a precursor to something bigger. It's one of those things where I don't wanna be right but still, people need to study more about earthquakes.
