M3 shop manual on CD?

So I've been looking for a shop manual and guide for the M3, the one the dealers use. I found one on eBay and it's a CD that has complete guides on all BMW'S from 1988-2008, along with the M3's. Anyone know if this is a real manual? My M3 doesn't need work, kinda just thinking for when it's out of warranty. What you guys think? Or does anyone know where to get a real manual?
