Lowering question...
When lowering the m3, is it a wise idea to lower the front and rear the exact same amount? I know springs on the market right now lower more in the front and less in the rear, does that throw off balance or geometry of the car? There is obviously more gap in the front but I'm assuming bmw designed it that way for a reason. Any thoughts?

If doing coilovers you can pretty much lower it to where you want it. Have it corner weighted/balanced so you can bring her back to 50/50.

If your car's purpose is for the street, go with Eibach or Dinan and I honestly don't think you will feel a difference in handling on the street. If your car does see the track, a set of quality coil overs is probably worth the investment. |
