The wheel refinishing has taken much longer than anticipated. Because of SEMA, my little wheel refinish project has been getting pushed back in the queue in favor of work for the big players.
Hoping to get the wheels back next week. To update everyone, I did decide to go with the 10" fronts and 11" rears. Will be running 285/25 and 305/25 P Zero Neros. If Michelin comes out with a 305/25 PSS, then I'll switch over. Wheel faces will be brushed aluminum with chrome step lips., a simple color scheme...hoping that makes the calipers pop. Thank you kind sir
Thanks for the well wishes, but 25 side walls are nothing new for me, not for the past 10 years at least Don't forget these are 25 sidewalls on 285 and 305 tires. For reference a 255/30 front tire has only 0.2" more sidewall, pretty insignificant, IMO. If one were to hit a pothole with the necessary force to bend a rim, I think both a 255/30 and 285/25 tire would give. I also like that the 285/25 gives a very close match to OEM diameter. |

Nice! Brembo's looks good with the ZCP Wheels. Did you tint the windshield?
