LA area BMW dealerships for service?

15K service is due soon - I am looking to take it to Santa Monica, Bev Hills, or South Bay. Any good or particularly bad experiences out there?

I got mine done at South Bay. Look for Alex Caceido for service rep. and he works with Adam Smith (tech guy). I've read a lot of good posts about Adam, and my experience was good as well. And I think break-in maintenance is at 12K, not 15K. Make sure they change all 3 oils, engine, transmission, and differential.

Dealership is actually New Century in Alhambra.

I also agree and have heard and recommended by my CA that SA Dan Taylor is good.

I always take my car to Alhambra my sevice rep is Scott Abrams. ive never had any problems over at alhambra
