I gave him until tomorrow to provide a tracking number for overnight shipping. I've been periodically asking vendors if they have them in stock. Most have been telling me June. But I'll start asking around again

Holy crap. I put a deposit down on a incoming set of wheels last month. I guess I'm not getting them. Think I can get my money back from with Paypal claim if Bensopra doesnt refund me themselves?

I paid in full for a set of "in stock ready to ship wheels" 7 weeks ago and I still don't have them. Sorry but I'd say no you won't get them. Better to try getting out now

I've never had to file a claim with my CC before. Is there anything more involved? Does it matter if it was a bank debit card used for the sale? How long does that usually take? Do I need to show them anything as proof I didn't receive the products? How do I get them to pay for return shipping? At this point is rather get my money back and they can have their 3 wheels back

Was the transaction processed as credit or debit, b/c that'll make a *big* difference.

Should be a number on back of the card for Visa/Mastercard. Contact them first, and let them lead you.

Ok. Thanks I appreciate the help

Edit* just checked the MasterCard website. It's says if it's a card issued through a bank that I have to go through the bank which is what I'll try to make time to do tomorrow

Also May 12 & 13: I emailed to ask why he's delaying shipping if he has, in his possession, my wheel no response. I asked if he has my tracking number both days. No reply both days. Also reminded him of the last day and time I've given him to supply a tracking number with overnight shipping. No reply either day

Would the moderators of this forum care? Is there a way to get their attention?

Well. Looks like I been had too.

Called them yesterday. Ricky answers tells me my wheels arrived they have to send someone to mackin to pick them up. Would send me tracking. Nothing.

Sent an email today. Nothing. I'm gonna call and text everyday.

Going to call the cops at the end of the month. Then the Feds. Mail fraud. Wire fraud.

I'm going to call my bank tomorrow.

After calling to file a dispute I was told I need to first send the three wheels back. Since Ricky was apparently evicted from his old warehouse I needed to get in touch with him to find out an address to ship the wheels. Called 3x and no answer and to top it his inbox is full so can't leave a message. Came home after dinner looked at my phone and see a missed call/message...its Ricky telling me he personally shipped my wheel today...look at my email and find my fedex tracking number doesn't appear to be overnight shipping tho. Wonder if it's the correct size wheel...

Good luck trakbch I hope both our sagas end soon. I liked the comment you wrote on his FS post I was gonna reply but didn't want to bump his post

I sent him texts. He didn't reply but I reminded him iMessage will display if you receive them. He said he'd send my wheels out. I gave him until end of Monday. We shall see.

I sent you 4 wheels, you only received 3 wheels. I'm sending you an EXTRA one at my own cost. That's why it takes time. If I would run away, why would I send you 3 wheels? If I were lying to you, why did I still send you the EXTRA wheel? You are a fair guy, I think you would understand.

Stopping messing around and twisted the story. Mackin delays on me on the G25 19x10.5 +34 shipment, they told me that their purchaser did not get back to them. Go ahead and ask them for confirmation. Go ahead and confirm with their salemanger Steve and see if your order is there or not.
Right now you email me, text me, and call me to blackmail and threaten me to ship your wheels without paying the remaining 50%. I will NOT ship without payment received in full, no way. At this point, I don't even trust you to go thru credit card payment anymore.
Don't you threaten me to ruin my company reputation on the internet? Don't you threaten me if I don't do it your way, you go call cops and FBI? GO AHEAD! I have everything to back me up, what makes you think I would worry about you.

What's wrong with refusing service? The R's Tuning was always the company building project cars, not an alignment shop. Even today's BenSopra, we provide retail service for parts, in house service only available for project cars only starts from $20k per project.

Yes Ricky as a "business" you are both responsible and liable for any problems AFTER you accept someone's money. That is considered a binding contract. I pay a specific amount of predetermined money and you deliver an "as described" product. All I'm responsible for is payment, which you got. You did not deliver the products as described whether that be your employees fault or your sub contracted shipper. Neither of which are my problem not my responsibility. If fedex is to blame that is between you and FedEx not me. If your shipping dept. is to blame that's between you and your shipping dept. not me. By shipping another wheel at a loss you did not do me any favors you mearly decided to fulfill your end of the contract no matter how inconvenient you made it. There's been plenty of times I've ordered items and have ups leave it in a lobby somewhere called the company and they send me another on then it's on them to battle ups it's not the consumers job. You're a BU educated man so I don't need to explain this to you. If you don't like the negative attention then you should not have taken this long to both initially ship or to resolve a problem regardless of any "valid" excuse you think you may have. You want to talk fair? I paid in full 4/2/15 look at the date of the OP. I gave you more than enough time and you were well aware of my timing needs and personal safety concerns. Also don't expect fedex to suddenly drop a fifth wheel at my door as you can clearly see the tracking specifically states three(3) packages. So that fourth wheel was never included in your initial shipment. And had fedex picked it up seperately they'd have supplied you with a tracking number. You also did not overnight me the wheel as you stated many times you'd do. I'm not going to go into whether the FB eviction notices proves you lied or not honestly I don't care what your issues are or where your base of operation is. But when you tell a customer something you are to be held accountable for that plain and simple. No bargaining or reasoning
