New state: euro front license plate or repaint

I just moved to a state which does not have front plates. Should I repaint the front bumper or put a euro plate?

Repaint. Car looks cleaner without the front plate.

Euro plates on your car when not in Europe is equivalent to a VTEC sticker on the side of your car...

I was leaning to repaint. Thanks for the push in the right directions. Now I gotta find a good shop in DE or Philly. Any tips?

Shave off the bumper reflectors while you're at it.

I don't understand people's obsession with the reflectors? I don't mind. Not worth the price for euro bumper. I'd rather get 1m style front bumper.

No one suggested you buy a euro bumper. I just figured that if you're going to pay to have your bumper resprayed, then shaving the reflectors during the process will basically cost you nothing, giving you the look of a euro bumper for free in your situation. However, if you like the reflectors, then don't shave them. I just think it looks cleaner, similar to your desire to fill in the license plate holes and repaint.

No shop will shave the bumper for free, minimum 2 hrs of work on each side to shave the reflectors.

I am ambivalent to the reflectors. If I disliked them they'd be gone already. Thanks for the tip though.
